On payment of the deposit you agree to the following Conditions of Hire.

The balance is to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the Hire date.

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the Hire date then 50% of the full Hire fee will 
be payable to TheSilverSpirit.co.uk

In the event of any change to Hire details within 30 days of the Hire date, 
TheSilverSpirit.co.uk reserve the right to make additional charges, where appropriate.

All changes must be notified, in writing, as soon as possible.

It will be at the drivers discretion as to accommodate any changes on the Hire date. Where appropriate any charges will be payable to the driver at this time.

TheSilverSpirit.co.uk cannot be held responsible for – mechanical failure, punctures, road works, traffic, accidents, weather & road conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances resulting in delay prior to or during the Hire. However in the event of mechanical failure prior to leaving our premises we will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle(s).

All vehicles leave our premises fully valeted. However TheSilverSpirit.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any acts of nature prior to or during the Hire resulting in the vehicle(s) being unclean.

TheSilverSpirit.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any damage to Client(s) clothing during the Hire.

TheSilverSpirit.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to Client(s) personal belongings during the Hire. In the event of any property being left in the vehicle(s) the Client(s) will be responsible for return/collection.

Only the maximum legal number of passengers for the type of vehicle(s) will be transported at any one time (Full details available from TheSilverSpirit.co.uk)

Additional passengers not specified at the time of booking may only be transported at the drivers discretion, subject to the above.

The driver, at his discretion, may refuse to transport any Client(s) behaving in an offensive or anti-social manner.

The Client(s) will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle(s) caused by the Client(s) or their guests.

All cars supplied through TheSilverSpirit.co.uk are fully insured for Weddings, Anniversaries and Special Occasions.

TheSilverSpirit.co.uk operates a No Smoking policy in all the vehicles it supplies.
